** Take half a cup fresh juice of bitter gourd (karela), add 2 tea spoon of lemon juice in it and drink it daily. It will help in reducing extra fat from your body to make you slim and fit.
** Cough – Cold & Sore Throat Remedies :Take 1 litre of water add a pinch of turmeric powder, half tea spoon of carom seeds and 3 - 4 fresh basil leaves. Let boil this water for sometime with covered lid. Inhale this steam 10 - 15 minutes twice a day to repel cold, cough and running nose.
** Potato juice have the hair growth properties. Simply apply the potato juice on the scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. This can also be used if you’re suffering from “alopecia- thinning of hair”.
