सुंदर और रसीले होंठ किसी सुंदर चेहरे पर चार चाँद लगा देते हैं | नीचे हम आपको दो ऐसे व्यायाम बता रहें हैं जो आपके होंठों के सौन्दर्य के लिये आवश्यक हैं |


Beautiful juicy lips play an important part in completing a beautiful face. Find below two exercises for the beautification of lips.

 

1.. आराम से बैठ जायें और होंठों को सिकोड़ें | सिकुड़े होंठों को अपनी नाक की तरफ ऊपर की ओर स्ट्रेच करें और 5 तक गिनें | रिलैक्स करें | इसे पाँच बार दोहरायें |

Sit comfortably. Curl your lips and stretch them upwards towards the nose and count 5. Then relax. Repeat this exercise 5 times.


2.. होंठों को अपने मुँह के भीतर खींचते हुए मुस्कुराने की चेष्टा करें | यह होंठों के पास की चेहरे की माँस-पेशियों के लिये एक अच्छा व्यायाम है |

Draw your lips inside the mouth and try to smile as shown in the picture. It is a good exercise for the facial muscles near the lips.

कुछ स्त्रियों में समय से पहले माथे पर झुर्रियाँ और लाइने दिखने लगती हैं | इनसे उनके चेहरे का सौन्दर्य प्रभावित होता है | इन लाइनों से छुटकारा पाने के लिये आप इस साधारण व्यायाम को कर सकती हैं |


Some women develop wrinkles on their foreheads. These wrinkles appear like a blemish on a beautiful face. To get rid of these wrinkles do this simple exercise.

 

1.. जितना ज्यादा हो सके, भौहों को एक-दूसरे के पास लाने की कोशिश करें | अब भौहों को ऊपर उठाते हुए, आँखों को फैलाएं | इसे पाँच बार दोहरायें |

Try to draw you eyebrows as near as possible by exerting muscular effort. Then lift your eyebrows as high as you can and try to widen your eyes. Repeat this exercise 5 times.
