Best recipe to reduce fat is to use ginger, cucumber juice. Take one cucumber, grind it very fine, add the juice of one lemon, 3 table spoon of the paste of mint leaves, one table spoon finely grinded ginger. Mix all these items well and leave it in a jug for the night. Now add 10 glass of drinking water in this jug and shake well.
